Pepper Passion is a custom mix glitter giving off a deep red hue with purple undertones. Created using a custom mix of .015 hex glitter, it is fine enough to go under epoxy, but large enough to let off so much sparkle at shine.
A base coat wouldn't necessarily be needed for this metallic glitter.

SIZE IS DETERMINED BASED ON WEIGHT. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN SNAP SEALED BAGS.
