Silver Shimmer glitter is the perfect super sparkly silver. Created as a custom mix, It reminds me of a hollywood silver with a amazing sparkle back! Created using a custom mix of .015 hex glitter, it is fine enough to go under epoxy, but large enough to let off so much sparkle at shine. A base coat wouldn't be needed for this glitter in most cases.
